Location! BAYcation! STAYcation! Private Beach Volleyball overlooking the Chesapeake Bay at the "pink house" as most people remember it but it is really a coral color. We are located on Kent Island just minutes from Kent Narrows in Stevensville MD. Come by Car, Boat, or Plane! Our KI Beach House has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. King bed in master, king hall bedroom, 3rd bedroom has queen plus double plus twin bunk. Large family room has daybed which is 2 twin mattresses in addition to a full sofa bed, reclining sofa, and recliners as a 4th bedroom. Sleeps (sleeps 10-12 adults comfortably). Perfect any time of year; great for those born to fish, shop, get married at one of the local venues or to visit the Naval Academy. All of the conveniences you want at your fingertips and a luxury waterfront view too. What a retreat! All this, just steps from the marina and beach!

KI Golf House offers 4 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths, an open Kitchen Dining area with plenty of comfortable seating in the living, dining room, and kitchen for entertaining. The King Master Suite is downstairs in addition to a Queen Bedroom including a bath and a half. Upstairs a full bath and hall separates 2 Queen bedrooms. One of those bedrooms contains a Twin in addition to the Queen and it leads into the loft where there is another Twin Bed. The upstairs bedrooms were updated Nov 2019 for your comfort. Total beds: 1 King, 3 Queen, 2 Twin, and a sofabed. Outside includes a front and back porch and a large private yard with a grill, corn hole, and plenty of private parking very convenient to fishing, golfing, seafood restaurants, tiki bars, wedding venues, and a good central location to visit Baltimore, Washington DC, Annapolis, and Easton or St Michaels.
